Windows Media Download: This link exists to make it easy to download the movie (wmv) or music (wma) file directly to your computer.  Instead of giving you the option to download the file when you click on the link, your media player might open and start playing the file.  If you would truly like to download it and not just watch it, you can do several things.  First, most media players will let you save it from their file menu.  To enter the menu, most players reveal their menus when you tap the ALT key at the bottom of your keyboard.  Tap the ALT Key, and then chose File and Save.  You can then enter the place and name you would like to save it to.  The second way to get the file downloaded is to close the media player that opened.  This time, instead of doing a normal left-click on the link, right click on the link and chose to “Save the Target As.”  You can then choose the destination and file name you want to save the file to.  The (Small) option is the same video at half the size.  It will download faster and take up less hard drive space

Windows Media Streaming: This link exists to allow you to watch the files and not worrying about filling your hard drive.  After a few moments to build a sufficient buffer, the movie or music file will automatically start playing in your media player (for MS Windows users).  If you are playing music, the media player automatically adjusts for the difference between a high-speed connection and a dial-up connection.  If the Windows Media Streaming link is too slow or staggers in its display, try the (Small) streaming option.  This option is the same video at half of the size as the other.  It exists to let people with slower connections still enjoy watching the videos.

Quick Time Download: This link exists for MAC users.  Only a few videos have been produced in this format.  Many MAC users have found free downloads at www.microsoft.com/downloads very helpful.  There, search on “Media Player for MAC” and you will get at least three hits.  The first is a plug-in for quick time that allows you to play Windows Media Content right from QuickTime.  The second two options are media players for OS X and newer as well as one for systems older.
